Services available

Providing 1:1 coaching and resources to improve wellbeing, mental health, manage anxiety and improve motivation, learning and memory. 

Providing early intervention, offering both targeted workshops and 1-2-1 support to improve emotional wellbeing.

Providing one off or short intervention for students that feel they need a little more support with their emotional or mental health.

Providing an opportunity to develop resilience and capacity to deal more confidently with the trials and tribulations of life, for life.
